Painting:

All Universal Refrigeration Air Blast Cooler casings are galvanised steel. For cosmetic purposes a paint finish can be applied: 2 pack etch primer - grey zinc phosphate undercoat - alkyd topcoat BS4800 00 a05 goosewing grey. Other colours available on request to RAL or BS.

Extended legs:

To suit customer requirements - including bracing as required.

Hinged fan plates:

For easy access to coil block to facilitate cleaning.

Header tank:

Header tanks for system expansion are either single or double units: single volume 29 litres, double volume 53 litres. Includes pressure relief valve (2 bar), sight glass and fill point.

Local fan isolators:

For ease of maintenance and safety, each fan can be fitted with its own individual fan isolator. Isolators are lockable in the “off” position.

Common terminal box:

For reduction of site installation time and cost, the common terminal box option includes internal wiring from all the fans on the cooler to a single terminal box, reducing on site wiring by the customer.
